Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Solimes AI Assistant handles account information, conversations, files and content reports. AI access depends on age, regional eligibility and qualified processing services.
Information We Collect
We collect your email address, display name and account identifier for authentication. We store your conversations, uploaded files, generated content, preferences and usage counters to provide the service.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to operate your account, display your history, generate responses and review content reports. Relevant messages, conversation context, images and supported file content may be processed by the AI services identified below. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Data Storage and Security
Account and product data are stored using Google Firebase and Google Cloud storage. Server authorization restricts access to your account data. Transfers use HTTPS. Administrators can access information necessary to investigate content reports; ordinary application logs must not contain report bodies or AI prompts.
Cookies and Local Storage
Solimes uses browser or device storage for authentication state, language and interface preferences. This service does not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Clearing local storage does not delete server-side conversations or your account.
Your Rights
You can delete conversations, artifacts or your account through the app. Account deletion removes ordinary account and product data. Content reports are retained for investigation and deleted 90 days after resolution unless a documented legal or security hold applies. Such holds require a reason and a review date. Some payment, security and audit records have no automatic expiry; see the account-deletion page for the retained categories. Contact contact@solimes.com for access, correction or deletion questions.
Third-Party Services
Firebase provides authentication and storage. OpenRouter routes AI requests to model providers. Messages, conversation context, images and supported files are sent to those providers to generate responses. Research tools use Exa through OpenRouter. Provider retention and training practices depend on the selected service and its settings; Solimes does not guarantee zero retention by every provider. We do not sell your information.
Changes to This Policy
We update this policy when processing changes. Material changes requiring a new acknowledgement are shown before further AI use. The date above identifies this version.
