By accessing or using Solimes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Solimes. By creating an account or using the platform in any way, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you accept these terms in full. If you are using Solimes on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Description of Service
Solimes provides AI conversations, image generation and saved artifacts. Available models and tools may change, and provider availability can affect these features.
User Responsibilities
Do not use Solimes to exploit children, create non-consensual sexual imagery, facilitate violence, self-harm, hate, harassment, fraud, forged official documents, deceptive election information or malicious code. Benign educational and defensive discussion is assessed in context. Do not bypass safety controls. Use the in-app reporting feature to flag offensive AI content.
Content and Intellectual Property
The Solimes platform — including its design, software, and branding — is owned by Solimes and protected by intellectual property law. Your conversation content remains yours. By using the platform, you grant Solimes a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.
Limitation of Liability
AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Responses appear progressively as they are generated and may later be restricted following a content report. Solimes does not independently check every response before or after display. Verify important information before relying on it.
Termination
You may request account deletion at any time using the process described in our privacy policy and account-deletion page. We may restrict access for abuse, policy violations or legal requirements. Limited investigation records can remain subject to the disclosed retention rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Solimes after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
